The company GGT Gleit-Technik AG took over the business activity of GGT Export GmbH in accordance with transfer of ownership regulations. GGT celebrate its 25th anniversary

The company GGT Gleit-Technik AG was founded in Küssnacht am Rigi. This new company took over the business activity of GGT Germann Gleit-Technik GmbH (in accordance with transfer of ownership regulations). Chief Executive Officer and shareholder Branko Meljancic, President and shareholder Urs Germann

GGT celebrate its 20th anniversary

The company started distributing CSB wrapped bearings in Switzerland

2000

The companies moved from Meggen LU to Küssnacht am Rigi into new, purpose-built premises

1998

The company name changed from GGT Callo GmbH to GGT Export GmbH, exporting and selling sliding bearings products in Western Europe

1997

The private company “Urs Germann” was converted into a limited company with the new name GGT Germann Gleit-Technik GmbH

1995

The company GGT Callo GmbH was founded for export trade. It also financed GGT and Callo AB

1992

Obtained franchise for Technymon (Italy) to sell wrapped bearings in Switzerland

1991

Purchased 50% of the shares of the sintering factory Callo AB Nässjo Sweden and began distribution of Callo products (sintered sliding bearings and sintered filters) in Switzerland, Germany and Austria

1989

The company started trading in sintered material bearings, in conjunction with the workshop

1987

The workshop moved from Küssnacht am Rigi to Meggen LU

1984

The private company “Urs Germann” was founded by Urs Germann, Küssnacht am Rigi SZ; a mechanical workshop, manufacturing sliding bearings
